Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for Beginners

Everyone Black Belt was a White Belt at one time. Here at Codella  Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Academy, we take a great deal of pride in teaching and inviting the less experienced into our family.  Very few people are born with an understanding of the body mechanics associated with Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. We guarantee that stepping through the door will be the hardest part of joining our family.  We remember and stress that a Black Belt is only a White Belt who never quit training.
